the thing is, my uni's server loads f-ing slow. from the old WebCT (a different type of thingie functioning the same as blackboard), to this new one.. still as slow.
it seems like the dl from the server is like... get a few KB (or Bytes), then halt for 20 seconds, then get another few. dunno wtf's wrong.
