It's actually kind of annoying when you have to serve food and watch people eat away happily while you're hustling around the restaurant with tired legs, lower back, and an empty stomach, filled with only water and Gatorade or Powerade for hydration and energy?

Back from Malaysia
3 weeks in Malaysia.
3 fun weeks. Not enough. :/
The heck did I pick those dates, and ended up with only 3 weeks in Malaysia. boohooooo..
Didn't really do much the day I arrived. Ate and ate with family. Then at night, I went to mamak with high school mates. Had a nice session of catching up with them. Most of them didn't change much in looks. lol.
The next day, I flew to Penang for a 3-day trip with uni coursemates. What can I say about Penang, I haven't been there for ages. The last time I went there was when I was a little kid. And so of course, we ate and ate and ate in the food heaven. We weren't that interested in historical and heritage stuff there :P
The 2nd day of the trip was kind of fun. Woke up rather early in the morning and went to explore the area around my hotel by myself while the others are still sleeping. I didn't even know where I ventured to. It was an hour of walk, sightseeing and just walking. When I told them about it, they were like "omg you walked so far?!?!" ahahaha.. Oh well, I managed to navigate my way back to the hotel in time, so whatever ^^ Water activities were fun in that afternoon. Jetskiing, parasailing, and banana boat riding were one helluva awesome experience. Got muscle aching all over but damn it was worth it. :D
After the trip, it was all meeting friends, and CNY. Nothing really special until the fourth day of CNY.. 3 guys: me, Zi Wei and Vincent. Location: my house. Activity: Texas Hold'em, drinking vodka. Damn that sounded real ghey. XD then went to play pool after 2 drinks. Surprised that we could still hit the balls. ahahaha
The 5th and 6th days of CNY were mostly spent visiting friends' places doing 团拜 or some call it 班拜 because it involves only Harmonians. It was pretty fun. Going from house to house, chatting and gambling again and again.
Monday was another fun day gathering with collegemates. Only about 9 of us met up cuz I was organising it and I only had that many contacts (actually I had less, had to ask Alice and Kim to help me ask). Had lunch at Carl's Jr. It was my first time at it, and to be honest, being fast food, they were pretty good. Nice burger, nice chips, just a bit pricey for fast food :P also celebrated eujin's birthday in advance. And then some cam-whoring sessions. I haven't got the photos but eujin posted some here.
Met up with Gene too on that day, like, FINALLY. Been wanting to meet up with him since I came back. Damn busy man :/ then karaoke with Zi and mates in the evening. The karaoke in M'sia is 2047 times nicer than Perth's karaoke T___T

Back to Malaysia
Been back to Malaysia for almost a week already.
But I haven't got much time to online and update the blog. Didn't bring my laptop home. Can't be bothered anyway. Good food + tv + friends + family = enough for my 3 weeks stay in Malaysia.

A cooler summer day
Finally a day that's cooler than usual. Clouds + a 15 minutes drizzle sure cooled down the weather by a hell lot. 27 degrees yo!! For once in the summer, I didn't have to sweat like hell in my house, or when I'm walking down the streets.
For once, I didn't feel like wearing only boxers in the house during the afternoon -.-
But I don't have a pair of boxers. Ahahahahahaha. Screw that.
That was yesterday. Today it's 30. But it isn't that bad. Still pretty nice. The house doesn't feel like steamhouse.
Lately, I don't have that urge to touch any online games at all, except for Utopia, cuz it's sort of a commitment that I can't just shake off whenever I like. But I'm sure as hell that I'm leaving by the end of this week. <3
I kind of lost that emo feeling lately. Wonder why. Thinking back, I think I was quite emo a few weeks back. bleh.. Of course it wasn't pleasant at all, but I couldn't help myself? .__.
Well it's a good thing I've shaken it off now. Right now, I'm feeling.. hmm.. Excited! And nervous? XD
Excited? Cuz I'll be back in Malaysia and seeing all my gays and biatches again; Cuz I'm sooooo gonna eat kao Malaysian food when I'm back there.

Chronological events since New Year's Day
Jan 1st
New Year's Day!! 39 degrees!! Luckily we escaped to karaoke to blow 3 hours of air-con during the hottest time of the day. phewh
Jan 2nd
Dinner at Hong Kong BBQ for sister's Birthday. weee
Jan 3rd
Sister's Birthday. Bought lotto in the afternoon.. Then at 6:30pm, the news channel announced the lotto winning numbers. One of my games hit the 4th Division win! And so me and my sister were so excited, tried to find out payouts online later, then ALL OF THE F***ING SUDDEN, my laptop adapter decided to stop working!! There goes my 2nd last week till I go back to Malaysia, I thought. Ordered a new adapter from eBay. so all my winnings from Lotto went straight into buying the new adapter. *Sigh*

Novel reading spree commenced. And I decided to pick up 24 and started watching it.

The seller messaged me on eBay that the product had been posted on Express Post. Woo!
Went to pick up my poor guitar. I guess it was fixed pretty nicely for 80 bucks.. But the problems were not addressed 100% perfectly, so oh well. I guess by the end of this year I'll buy another guitar that is not a cheapo. Lesson learned: fingerboard moisture must be maintained well to prevent neck and fret problems.

Claimed my Lotto winnings! Also my adapter arrived today.. Finally I can use my laptop again.
